About the Role Growth Lead
The Growth Lead is responsible for accelerating Livitis brand presence lead generation engine partner ecosystem and market positioning across Australia. This role sits at the intersection of marketing partnerships content and go-to-market strategy working closely with leadership advisory teams and our broker/partner network.
You will drive the strategy and execution of campaigns content and partner programs designed to attract investors nurture leads and empower referral partners mortgage brokers accountants financial advisors and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Growth & Go-To-Market Execution
- Own Livitis end-to-end marketing and growth strategy across investor partner and advisor audiences.
- Define positioning messaging and campaign priorities for property investment advisory and finance products.
- Build and execute GTM campaigns that drive measurable acquisition engagement and conversion outcomes.
2. Growth Campaign Management
- Develop multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email social content events webinars paid campaigns).
- Partner with advisory and sales teams to build funnel strategies and nurture sequences that convert leads into clients.
- Launch and optimise investor education initiatives such as webinars events and masterclasses.
3. Content Creation & Brand Development
- Create high-impact content that elevates Liviti as a market leader in property wealth creation:
- Email marketing campaigns
- Social media content and assets
- Website landing pages
- Investor guides PDFs brochures and sales collateral
- Webinar assets and promotional campaigns
- Long-form blog content (with content writers)
- Partner enablement materials for accountants brokers and advisors
4. Partnership & Trade Marketing
- Develop marketing programs for referral partners builder networks developers and channel partners.
- Create co-branded collateral resources and lead-gen tools.
- Support industry events trade shows and partner activations from strategy through execution.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with our in-house content creative sales product and operations teams.
- Ensure all messaging and creative align with Livitis brand values and investor-centric positioning.
6. Market Intelligence & Insights
- Stay ahead of investor behaviours economic trends property data insights and competitor movements.
- Use these insights to influence campaign strategy and content direction.
7. Performance Tracking & Optimisation
- Analyse performance data to track ROI conversion metrics and growth effectiveness.
- Continuously test iterate and optimise campaigns using data-driven decision-making.
