At MacKillop we are dedicated to providing high-quality services that bring positive educational experiences for studentswho have experienced trauma placement breakdowns and/or challenges to school work in partnership with mainstream catholicindependentand alternative schools to support access and equity for vulnerable studentsat risk of disengaging from education.
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Deputy Principal Caufield Campus Victoria. This campus is for students from Foundation to VPC.
The successful candidate will have a background in educational leadership coupled with a deep understanding of trauma-informed education school operations and strategic planning would be highly beneficial. Experience in managing key areas such as student engagement attendance and staff development is essential. Additionally strong analytical abilities and a dedication to data-informed decision-making are important along with a proven track record of inspiring and nurturing both staff and students.
This position is commencing around 12 January 2026.
