Job Description
Provide Operations support e.g. Financial Reporting Financial Report extracts Quality of Data/Report Improvements/Automation and other administrative reports
Generate high-quality reports on a daily weekly monthly or yearly basis as may be required by the Project Managers and S/BU clients
Prepare and participate in the project review meetings as necessary
Act as the primary contact for client inquiries requests and ad hoc projects
Suggest or create Process Service Improvement and share best practices
Perform other functions as may be required by the Operational Lead and/or Service Delivery Manager
Background and Essential Skills
Bachelors degree of any business-related course preferably Finance-related
Preferably with knowledge on different Project Management or Project Control Office (PMO/PCO) activities such as Financial Analysis Delivery Assurance and other Administrative tasks
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and keen attention to details
Action-oriented and ability to assume ownership of requests/problems
Customer-oriented (Know your customers well; add value with a level of urgency)
Must have basic to advance knowledge in MS Applications such as Excel PowerPoint etc.
Good communication and analytical skills
Willing to work on shifting assignments
