Top Responsibilities
Prep/process payroll changes in ADP (new hires terms comp updates); run basic audits & reports.
Maintain accurate employee records across ADP Lattice Deel internal trackers.
Manage PC inbox: respond/route tickets track to closure.
Coordinate onboarding/offboarding (systems access docs equipment tracking).
Support benefits updates/enrollments and compliance file hygiene (e.g. SOC2 artifacts).
Draft quick comms schedule HR meetings keep task lists current.
Requirements
Must-Haves (screening criteria)
2 years HR/People Ops or payroll admin experience.
Hands-on ADP experience (inputs/changes audits exports).
Proven HR data accuracy confidentiality; detail-driven and deadline-reliable.
Comfortable in remote fast-moving environments; clear written communications.
Availability to start immediately and commit full-time for 3 months.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Lattice ADP Deel and Greenhouse.
Startup/high-growth background; EOR exposure.
Process docs/ SOP creation; reporting in Gsheets.
Success Metrics
Payroll inputs: Submitted accurately and on time for each cycle.
Data hygiene: Employee records reconciled against source systems each cycle; discrepancies flagged and fixed.
