Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the Legal Compliance Litigation and Legal Credit teams in handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Assist with document preparation and management including contract tracking regulatory submissions and internal filing (physical and digital).
- Create and update trackers using Microsoft Excel (including formulas tables and formatting for reporting).
- Help organize and coordinate internal meetings documentation schedules and deadlines.
- Communicate with internal teams and external parties (e.g. notaries law firms or vendors) as directed by the Legal team.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper document handling across all legal and compliance-related matters.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth team operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in legal administration compliance support or general office administrationexperience in a multifinance or financial services company is a plus.
- Comfortable with basic Microsoft Excel functions (e.g. SUM IF VLOOKUP etc.).
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail organized and willing to learn.
- Able to manage time and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
