Winvian is a luxury resort hotel restaurant and spa located in the Litchfield Hills. Our staff is dedicated to exceptional guest service above all else.
We are seeking a part-time Accounting Admin to join our team. Position duties include: performing a variety of general accounting tasks including performing monthly COA reconciliations making bank deposits monitoring and reconciling petty cash confirming Travel Agent Commissions and maintaining an orderly accounting filing system.
Position also requires a variety of accounts payable tasks including entering vendor invoices and credit card receipts reconciling monthly vendor and credit card statements maintaining vendor information and filing vendor invoices.
Processes bi-weekly payroll.
Starting pay $22/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday Wednesday and Friday 8:00am-3:00pm
Working knowledge of office systems equipment and applications such as Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
QuickBooks experience preferred.
2 yrs. accounting in hospitality industry preferred.
