About Spiire
We are an integrated team of passionate civil engineers landscape architects surveyors town planners urban designers water engineers and visual media artists providing consultancy services to the property and infrastructure sectors. Our team of more than 350 people work across ten offices in QLD VIC NSW SA and the ACT.

About the opportunity
Joining our Brisbane office as part of the Graduate Program this role will see you making a difference in the work you delivera chance to use your skills to contribute to the growth and development of Queensland communities while being afforded the career development opportunities of a large dynamic and privately-owned company. Youll get to:

• Assist with technical drawings of subdivisional road drainage and water/sewer network designs
• Carry out design calculations whilst working to project timelines and budget
• Manage project administration such as scheduling estimating and report preparation
• Problem solve complex design challenges delivering great solutions for our clients
• Strengthen your communication through gaining exposure to stakeholders such as developers contractors construction teams local authorities and councils

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (within the last two years or close to completion)
• A genuine curiosity and interest in land development projects
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas and seek better ways of working
• Adaptability to move between different tasks and projects managing multiple priorities with ease
• Strong communication skillsthe ability to share information clearly and confidently with colleagues and clients
• Previous experience in civil engineering through internships or work placements will be highly regarded
