Job Summary
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to act as a dedicated escalation point for a major Network Project. This role is critical to ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing operation of advanced network infrastructure solutions. You will provide expert technical guidance resolve complex issues and maintain project momentum.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for network-related issues during project implementation and beyond.
- Provide expert support and troubleshooting for:
- Fortinet SD-WAN
- FortiGate Firewalls
- Azure Network Virtual Appliances (NVA)
- FortiClient FortiSASE and FortiSandbox
- Fortinet SD-WAN
- Design and maintain secure Azure Cloud Infrastructure environments.
- Map data flows across network zones and cross-domain environments.
- Create detailed network diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical challenges to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise in contemporary secure ICT environments.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Azure Cloud Infrastructure
- Fortinet technologies (FortiGate SD-WAN FortiClient FortiSASE FortiSandbox)
- Azure Cloud Infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
Required Education:
