Job Title: Grow Room Specialist
Location: Spokane Valley WA
Pay: $17.66/hour
Schedule: Full-Time 40 Hours/Week

If youve got a green thumb sharp attention to detail and a passion for cannabis cultivation we want you on our team! As a Grow Room Specialist youll play a vital role in caring for our plants from veg to harvest helping ensure top-tier quality from seed to sale.
This isnt your typical desk jobexpect fresh air (indoors!) hands-on work and the satisfaction of helping grow something great every single day.
What Youll Be Doing
Get ready to dive into plant care and facility upkeep with responsibilities like:
Pruning tucking and training plants for optimal growth
Supporting plants through every stage of lifefrom veg to bloom to harvest
Mixing and applying nutrients and other inputs
Sanitizing rooms and equipment to keep everything clean and compliant
Helping with grow room setups and environmental controls
Assisting with harvests and post-harvest prep
Supporting R&D projects that push the plant game forward
Jumping in to help the cultivation team wherever needed
What You Bring to the Grow
Age Requirement:
Must be 21 years or older
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Prior experience in agriculture horticulture or cannabis cultivation is a plus
If youre hardworking and eager to learn well teach you the rest!
Physical Abilities
To succeed in this role youll need to:
Stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours/day)
Perform repetitive hand movements (trimming tucking etc.)
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Occasionally climb crouch or crawl
Have full color vision and visual acuity (plants dont lie!)

Passion for cannabis and cultivation best practices
Work Environment
Our grow is a controlled indoor environment where youll be exposed to:
Bright lights and warm humid conditions
Moderate noise levels
Dust vapors or other airborne particles (PPE provided)
Occasional use of ladders or work in tight spaces
Some exposure to cleaning agents or fertilizers
