Working to protect the states environment and heritage.
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic leader to join the Department of Climate Change Energy the Environment and Water as the Associate Director Digital Systems and Platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the development management and optimisation of digital systems that underpin the delivery of high-quality services for the community.
You will provide strategic leadership in the design implementation and continuous improvement of digital systems business applications Artificial Intelligence integration and automation solutions that reflect contemporary best practice. You will be responsible for ensuring our digital systems are modern secure reliable and aligned with whole-of-government standards and business needs.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience leading enterprise digital systems platforms or ICT services in complex organisations. You will also have strong strategic and operational leadership skills with the ability to align technology solutions to business outcomes. As well as expertise in enterprise platforms (e.g. ERP CRM HR/Finance systems collaboration tools cloud platforms).
This role also requires you to have strong vendor management contract negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills. Along with excellent communication influencing and problem-solving capabilities.
