A day in the life.
As our Human Resources Generalist on the Human Resources team youll be responsible for leading many of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department for the MN & WI offices. The HR Generalist is a key contributor in areas of recruitment compensation & benefits compliance employee relations and learning & development. This role is a trusted partner to assigned departments and helps support and execute on broad business strategies.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- High School diploma required bachelors degree in related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years related experience in a service oriented human resources role
- Strong knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines including recruiting & onboarding employee relations & performance management compensation & benefits learning & development and colleague engagement & wellbeing
These additional qualifications are a plus but not required to apply:
- Certification in Human Resources Management through a PHR or SHRM
- Experience leading and supporting Diversity Equity & Inclusion initiatives
- Experience leading colleague engagement and community partnership initiatives
