- Sr HR Generalist : $65500-$87500
- Manager Human Resources: $85000-$110000

This is a full-timeposition located in Kansas KS.
Travel is approximately 30-50% over a large geographic region. This position may have multi-division responsibilities.
Training for this position is on the job training
Key responsibilities may include:
Regional ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle - recruiting interviewing and selection of scheduled and exempt candidates for hire and promotion.
Support Inclusion activities across the Region to include engaging with divisional inclusion councils and involvement in other company business resource groups.
Present training to employee groups on various human resources topics across the Region virtually or in person.
Thoroughly investigate and respond to employee complaint and hotlines for theRegion which result in fair and consistent handling that comply with company policy.
Attend career fairs and military hiring events
Participate in talent and performance activities as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
- Able to work in the US without company sponsorship now AND in the future.
- The level of position is based on experience and can grow over time. To be considered for the Sr. Specialist role you must have a minimum of 2 years of Human Resources or relevant work experience. To be considered for the HR Manager role you must have a minimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources or relevant experience.
- Individual must have strong demonstrated interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written).
- Individual must be self-directed and motivated.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office - Outlook Word Excel a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in employee relations recruitment and hiring selection.
- Bachelors degree
- Preferred knowledge of operational and system functions.
- Strong independent decision making ability excellent analytical ability and attention to detail and strong organizationalskills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all federal and applicable state employment laws strongly preferred
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits programs.
- Progressive recent human resources management experience strongly preferred
