Job Description:
The individual in this role is responsible for various Program Accounting functions for a large portfolio of programs within the $3B Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Sector. Responsibilities primarily include accounting for revenue recognition inventory and monitoring profit rate changes amongst others.
Essential Functions:
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for Leadership
Support month-end financial close activities
Validate contract setup in the ERP system for appropriate revenue recognition
Monitor completion of revenue recognition and profitability assessments
Perform inventory valuation assessments
Provide ad hoc analysis and support as needed
Qualifications:
- Pursuing bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Management Business Administration Mathematics or related field
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in California Massachusetts New Jersey Washington and the Greater D.C Denver or NYC areas is $20.50 - $41.00. The salary range for this role in Colorado state Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York state and Vermont is $18.00 - $36.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
