Responsibilities
- Assist Manager to oversee the provision of day-to-day property management services for the assigned residential property
- Ensure DMC and BMO are properly implemented; assure owner compliance with required rules and regulations
- Assist to prepare the annual budget review and analyze the variance regularly
- Manage the performance of servicecontractors
Requirements
- University graduate in Property Management or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in property management preferably in residential properties
- Proven track record of the management and delivery of large-scale improvement projects is essential
- Hands on PC skills including MS Word Excel and Power Point etc.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (conversational Mandarin is a plus)
- Work independently and able to work under pressure
