Job Summary
Amazon Ads Finance is seeking a bright multitasking and self-motivated individual to support our VP of Sales Finance & Incentive Comp. This exciting role requires great attention to detail the ability to meet tight deadlines great organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important. You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround and take effective action without having to know the total picture.
This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
Key job responsibilities
Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events activities and calendars
Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items
Act as a liaison for direct reports
Drive key team activities such as staff meeting agendas all-hands meetings and supply ordering
Update team organizational charts
Manage group logistics
Coordinate travel
Participate in planning of events
Work with other assistants throughout the Ads team and across the rest of the company

- 5 years of executive assistant experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
