Reporting and Analytics
Prepare and maintain staffing headcount turnover and other workforce reports
Develop and deliver presentations in PowerPoint to communicate staffing and workforce insights
Use Excel to analyze HR data track trends and provide insights to leadership
HRIS and Data Management
Support HR data entry and data management within HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus)
Help ensure HR data accuracy consistency and compliance
Compliance and Audits
Assist with internal and external HR audits by gathering and preparing required documentation
Support compliance monitoring and help update HR policies and procedures
Employee Experience and Engagement
Conduct exit interviews and summarize findings to support retention initiatives
Assist in organizing employee events recognition programs and engagement activities
Support the administration of employee surveys and compile results for review
HR Operations and Projects
Assist with HR communications and drafting employee facing materials
Provide tactical HR support that directly impacts data center employees in the field
Participate in special projects such as policy rollouts headcount planning and HR process improvement initiatives
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes for greater efficiency
Provide logistical support for office setup HR events and cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (preferred)
03 years of experience in HR or related field
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Visio and MS Teams required
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.

Education / Certifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (preferred)
