Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team at Real. The successful candidate will be responsible for championing our culture and driving a world-class employee experience by owning the entire employee lifecycle for our team in India. This role requires a proactive and people-centric mindset strong data analysis skills and the ability to function independently as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management: Own and enhance the complete employee journey in India including seamless onboarding integration and offboarding processes ensuring every touchpoint is positive and impactful.
Core HR Program Execution: Drive key HR initiatives such as our performance management cycle (regular check-ins appraisals) employee engagement surveys and activities and recognition programs.
HR Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain monthly HR dashboards for business leaders translating data into actionable insights on key metrics like headcount attrition and engagement.
Employee Relations & Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns providing timely and empathetic support while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent English comprehension written and verbal communication skills
A High proficiency in the Google Suite of products
Expert-level skills in spreadsheet and presentation software.
Impeccable attention to detail a deep sense of extreme ownership strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function independently in a remote environment.
Ability to work with confidence while handling confidential and sensitive data at work.
Education and Experience:
A specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
4 years of relevant experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
