As an IT Supervisor you will provide Leadership Support duties of IT Technicians across all TaskUs sites in the Cali Colombia region. Also for all internal escalations and supervising the growth of the region to ensure requirements are being met plan solutions and successfully execute strategies. Your achievements are gauged not on hours worked but on the success or failure of our new sites and the IT Support provided.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Management of level 1/2 technical support staff Asset Management Teams..

  • Monitor and manage system health of all assigned systems to include evaluating and reporting on their availability performance and capacity.

  • Lead or drive processes to identify operational and security problems with assigned systems and provide technical support to resolve them promptly.

  • Participate in the design and implementation of enterprise wide new locations technical projects new clients to TaskUs ensuring delivered solutions meet identified requirements.

  • Research plan and coordinate upgrades and changes to existing systems and implementation of new systems and technology.

  • Understand and comply with all departmental policies and procedures for incident request change problem and systems management.

  • Train and develop peers and support staff in systems monitoring; routine administration; and troubleshooting for assigned systems; occasionally working extended hours and/or nights and weekends.

  • Coordinate vendor support of assigned hardware/software/systems/services.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 3 years BPO IT Desktop Admin/Supervisor and people-leadership experience.

  • Bachelors degree Computer Science Information Technology or any IT / Computer-related courses.

  • Certifications: ITIL v3 ServiceNow preferred.

  • Strong time and project management skills.

  • Strong problem-solving decision-making and analytical skills.

  • Well-organized and good follow through on commitments to customers.

  • Written and verbal fluency in English is required for this role.
