Job Summary
About the role:
Were looking for a Head of Affiliates who understands the iGaming affiliate ecosystem and wants to scale it. Youll own the affiliate strategy across current and future brands with a strong focus on crypto and develop a high-performing team to execute. You with the help of your team will be the primary contact for affiliate partners and a key driver of revenue.

What youll do:
- Track market trends analyze affiliate performance and represent us at industry events.
- Manage optimize and grow the affiliate program.
- Own the affiliate channel: control costs improve ROI and expand reach.
- Build and maintain partner relationships that drive revenue.
- Work with Country Managers on promotional plans.
- Align with internal and external teams on commercial terms and campaign improvements ensuring competitive offers and effective CRM.
What we expect from you:
- 3 years as a Senior Affiliate Manager in iGaming specialising in crypto affiliates is a plus).
- Full professional English.
- Strong negotiation skills and a target-driven mindset.
- Solid grasp of CPA deals and acquisition channels.
- Experience with CPA networks is a plus.
- Ability to plan outreach and create marketing plans that deliver hard KPIs.
- Proven leadership.
