Are you eager to start your journey in talent acquisition and develop your skills with a dynamic supportive team As a Trainee Recruiter with German you will become an integral part of fast-growing international recruitment team working at the heart of our business and learning from industry professionals. We provide all the training you need to become a recruitment expert in a thriving multicultural environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and evaluate appropriate candidates for current job openings.
- Develop and expand your own client and candidate portfolio (highly important).
- Prepare candidate CVs for presentation to clients.
- Coordinate interview schedules for senior consultants.
- Reach out to prospective clients by phone or email.
- Observe and learn from senior consultants during their daily tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in German (C1) with strong oral and written skills; fluent in English (B2).
- Academic or professional qualifications in HR or related fields are a plus.
- Excellent communication persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Capable of working under tight deadlines and managing time effectively.
- Proactive positive can-do attitude.
- Proficient with computers and knowledgeable in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel as required by the business.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic setting.
- Recent graduate with no prior recruitment experience.
- Eligible to live and work in Germany.
