Job Description: Remote 1099 Full desk Recruiter- Paid per hire
Company: Fox Staffing Network
Location: Remote
Compensation: Commission Only Earn 50% of Gross Placement Fees (Uncapped average fee: $15K$25K)
Overview:
Fox Staffing Network is seeking motivated entrepreneurial recruiters to join our remote team as independent contractors (1099). This is 100% commission-based opportunity ideal for recruiters who want flexibility high earning potential and full ownership over their work.
*Youll work full-cycle bringing on both new clients and candidates. Be rewarded with tool access after performance milestones and a streamlined infrastructure to help you succeed without micromanagement.
What Youll Do:
Identify and engage client companies with hiring needs
Source screen and submit qualified candidates for open roles
Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to placement
Maintain accurate tracking of leads pipelines and placements
Collaborate in our community and join optional weekly Q&A calls
You will not conduct interviews or hiring. Leadership will handle all final screening credential checks and client communications.

What You Need:
Experience in recruiting staffing & business development.

This Role is not for you If you require:
A guaranteed salary or hourly pay

Additional Information :
This is a 1099 position. The Recruiter shall be engaged as an independent contractor not as an employee of the Company. The Recruiter will not be entitled to any employee benefits including health insurance paid time off or retirement benefits.
