The opportunity
As aWorkstream Implementation Leaderfor the M&S Function you will play a key role in driving one of the core workstreams withinProject Suisen.
Collaborating closely with sub-workstream leaders and key stakeholders across Business Units Countries and Regions you will ensure alignment progress and impact across the function.
In this senior-level role youll bring your advanced expertise inproject managementandcontinuous improvementto manage complex initiatives with a high degree of autonomy. Youll coach others review deliverables and solve challenging problems that require both strategic thinking and operational excellence.

How youll make an impact
Monitor project progress synthesize insights and provide high-quality analysis to support strategic decision-making
Use financial and sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities
Prepare templates and meeting packs for leadership meetings ensuring timely delivery and insightful content aligned with standard formats
Work closely with M&S Function Heads INLs MDMs and regional teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment
Drive process improvements through a culture of feedback and learning
Your background
A university degree in a relevant field such asBusiness Administration Industrial Engineering or similar
Experience in or strong affinity with theenergy industryis highly beneficial ideally in a global or matrixed environment
You excel at engaging with customerswhether remotely or face-to-faceto understand their needs and deliver tailored value-driven solutions
You have successfully developed and executed marketing strategies that elevate products services and brands in competitive markets
Youre confident managing product and brand performance with hands-on experience in budgeting profitability analysis and ROI optimization
You provide outstanding customer support resolving service-related issues with professionalism and efficiency
Youve led large-scale projects or processes with minimal oversight demonstrating autonomy and accountability
Youre skilled at coaching and delegating to professionals fostering growth and collaboration within your teams
You bring a strategic mindset to complex challenges consistently delivering impactful results through insight innovation and execution
