Your mission

At ITA Logistics Group we simplify global shipping through our brands ParcelParcel and LetMeShip.

With our smart shipping platform and personal service we help businesses manage their international logistics efficiently and transparently.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (d/f/m) in the Netherlands (Naarden) a true hunter who actively identifies pursues and closes new business opportunities for our brand ParcelParcel. Your focus will be on expanding our Non-EU Express shipping services helping Dutch businesses ship smoothly and reliably outside the EU. At the same time you will lay the foundation for a future Business Development team playing a key role in shaping our growth strategy and commercial success. This position combines hands-on sales execution with a strategic mindset!

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and win new business in international logistics with a focus on Non-EU Express services.
  • Manage build and expand partnerships with international partners and strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Prepare business cases and recommendations for management and shareholders.
  • Work closely with support and operations to turn plans into practical solutions.

What you need to succeed

  • Proven hunter profile with a strong track record in sales and business development.
  • Experience in logistics transport or international trade.
  • Strong understanding of customs processes Incoterms (DDP/DAP) and international shipping solutions.
  • Solid commercial and analytical skills.
  • Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

  • Experience with digital logistics or SaaS platforms in a scale-up environment.
  • Knowledge of pricing models in international express shipping.
  • additional languages such as French or German.
