Job Description

To expand our team in Switzerland we are looking for a Document Control Manager (m/f/d) that enjoys managing complex projects in Life Sciences sector and likes to work in an international environment. You feel like you are the right person We want to hear from you!

Job Objectives

  • You will act as an important interface and maintain an overview of all information and documentation-related processes.
  • You will structure and organize successful end-to-end processes between all stakeholders e.g. internal customer departments external planning teams and project management.
  • Due to your organizational skills you will be responsible for coordinating all documents project documentation and manuals.
  • With your analytical skills you will be responsible for checking the quality of documents creating master lists and ensuring the exchange of information and data maintenance.

Qualifications :

  • A university degree (technical background preferred).
  • Practical experience in the field of information and document management ideally in the construction industry.
  • You are characterized by social competence and excellent communication skills as well as a high affinity for IT and ideally experience with document management systems.
  • You enjoy challenging large-scale projects and (construction) technical topics.
  • Fluent English communication skills and good written and spoken German skills.
