About the Role
Our Expansion & Mobility Manager is a strategic and dynamic professional with a strong results-oriented mindset. You will lead iCliGos geographic expansion and employee mobility processes both domestic and international. This role is critical in identifying new market opportunities overseeing the launch of new locations and managing internal and international mobility procedures ensuring legal tax and administrative compliance while providing a positive experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the companys national and international expansion strategy in alignment with business objectives;
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities for the launch of new offices hubs or operations;
  • Manage expansion projects from feasibility analysis to execution and performance monitoring;
  • Coordinate internal and international mobility processes (transfers secondments expatriation) ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with all legal and tax requirements;
  • Manage mobility contracts benefits insurance work permits visas and all necessary documentation;
  • Work closely with HR Legal Tax Operations and Finance teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach;
  • Liaise with local partners and vendors (relocation agencies tax advisors public authorities etc.);
  • Monitor market trends international legislation and global mobility practices;
  • Develop internal policies and procedures to promote sustainable and effective mobility practices;
  • Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide risk analyses and strategic recommendations to senior management.

What Were Looking For

  • Degree in Business Economics International Relations Law or similar fields;
  • Experience in business expansion international mobility or global operations projects;
  • Strong knowledge of labor and tax legislation related to international mobility;
  • Strategic thinking results-driven approach and strong project management skills;
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken); other languages are a plus;
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally;
  • Autonomous proactive and highly organized profile with strong planning capabilities.
