We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with good business acumen to join our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team. This role will work in close collaboration with our CRM and Marketing teams to drive customer insights sales prediction and campaign performance forecasting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical comfortable with large data sets and capable of transforming complex information into strategic recommendations that directly support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the CRM team to extract and analyze customer insights and behavioral data
Conduct data analysis across all D2C business domains to support strategic decision-making
Build predictive models to forecast sales performance based on CRM insights and consumer behavior
Develop forecasts and performance tracking models for marketing campaigns providing actionable recommendations
Design and implement statistical models and methodologies to support segmentation targeting and customer lifecycle analysis
Perform data modeling transformation and cleansing to ensure high data quality and readiness for analysis
Write complex queries to extract aggregate and manipulate data from various sources
Present findings in a clear compelling manner to stakeholders across marketing sales and CRM teams
Support experimentation (A/B testing lift studies) and campaign measurement with solid analytical frameworks
