Job Description

We are hiring a Data & Analytics Lead who will sit at the intersection of data science BI analytics and SaaS GTM strategy. This role owns our Tableau platform end-to-end drives our BI strategy and is accountable for transforming raw data into actionable insights that shape decision-making. Youll work alongside Data Engineers and BI Analysts but take point on analytics strategy storytelling and execution ensuring our SaaS GTM teams always have clarity on performance risks and opportunities.

What youll do

  • BI Ownership & Tableau Leadership - Own Tableau (Desktop Prep Server/Cloud): build optimize and govern dashboards; establish best practices; ensure performance and scalability
  • Drive Tableau Adoption - Enable trust and reliance on reporting across GTM teams from executives to front-line managers
  • Analytics & Data Science - Own GTM analytics (funnel pipeline churn/retention LTV/CAC) and apply techniques such as predictive modeling cohort analysis segmentation and forecasting
  • Insights & Storytelling - Run deep-dives into performance trends identify leading vs. lagging indicators and translate findings into clear business stories and recommendations for leadership
  • Data Infrastructure & Governance - Partner with Data Engineers on pipelines/models across Salesforce marketing automation finance and product usage; ensure data quality and governance with modern data stack (Snowflake dbt SQL Python/R)
  • Strategy & Leadership - Define BI strategy align KPIs with GTM priorities mentor analysts and collaborate cross-functionally to anticipate needs and proactively deliver insights

What you need to succeed

  • 6 years in BI data science or GTM analytics roles preferably in SaaS environments

  • Proven expertise in Tableau (end-to-end ownership: dashboard design optimization governance)

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL Snowflake (or equivalent DWH) dbt Python/R and modern ETL tools

  • Experience applying data science methods: predictive analytics clustering regression time-series forecasting

  • Strong command of SaaS GTM metrics and lifecycle analytics

  • Excellent communicator and storyteller comfortable presenting complex insights to executives

  • Demonstrated leadership potential: can lead from the front and inspire confidence

Bonus Points

  • Tableau certifications (Desktop Certified Professional/Server Certified)
  • Experience with Salesforce HubSpot/Marketo Planhat or other GTM systems
  • Track record building analytics frameworks in multi-geo SaaS businesses
