About the role
You will lead the Quality team to ensure GMP compliance across the full production process from material arrival to product release. You will serve as Deputy Responsible Person contributing to regulatory readiness operational performance and continuous quality improvement while aligning with global strategies and objectives.
Who youll work with
Youll be part of the Bulle Quality team working closely with cross-functional departments including Production Technical Services Supply Chain and HSE. Youll also interact with Quality teams across other UCB sites and act as a liaison during audits and inspections with global regulatory bodies.
What youll do
Lead and develop the sites Quality strategy and vision
Ensure regulatory compliance and GMP inspection readiness
Act as Deputy Responsible Person for product release decisions
Oversee deviation change control and CAPA systems
Promote a strong Quality and HSE culture across departments
Define track and act on quality and HSE performance KPIs
Interested For this role were looking for the following education experience and skills
Masters degree in Life Sciences or related field
Confirmed experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environments
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Expertise in manufacturing analytics and regulatory inspections
Fluent in French and English excellent communication abilities
Skilled in risk management problem-solving and team development
