Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a customer portfolio: ensuring day-to-day monitoring of contracts responding to specific requests and anticipating needs.

  • Steering the commercial relationship: identifying development opportunities preparing and leading steering committees with customers.

  • Analyzing performance: providing activity reports monitoring KPIs proposing action plans.

  • Optimizing fleet management: advising on fleet composition energy transition electrification etc.

  • Internal coordination: working in synergy with the sales technical delivery and customer service teams etc.

  • Commercial negotiation

  • Data analysis

  • Cross-functional work between Account Management New Business and Business partner

Your Profile:

  • Commercial qualification or comparable experience in administration

  • Very good knowledge of German and English French is an advantage

  • Ideally experience in the automotive or financial services sector

  • Good understanding of mobility issues (TCO electrification etc.)

  • Sales oriented sense of service

  • Excellent skills in reporting tools (Excel CRM etc.)
