THE ROLE
In partnership with an international consulting firm we are seeking a Legal Counsel for a global financial services company in Switzerland. The Legal Counsel will manage and oversee contracts related to IT and business process outsourcing. The successful candidate will review draft and negotiate various vendor contracts. Fluency in both English and German is essential for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review draft and negotiate various vendor contracts
- Manage relationships with vendors and third-party suppliers assess risks and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Provide legal and strategic advice on outsourcing and technology procurement strategies
- Collaborate across departments to monitor and manage compliance with regulatory requirements related to outsourcing and vendor management
- A degree in law ideally with a specialization in related fields
- At least 4 years of experience in legal resourcing roles ideally with vendor contracts and third-party risk management
- Strong understanding of IT outsourcing business process outsourcing and technology-related procurement
- Fluency in both German and English
- Skills in negotiation drafting and communication
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Interest and capability to work either remotely or on-site in Switzerland
