In our young dynamic and professional team you will experience a wide range of assignments. Our Financial Advisory team consists of Transaction Services M&A Lead Advisory and Valuation. We offer you the opportunity to continue your career as a Transaction Services Analyst in Financial Advisory by agreement for a permanent position.

Your tasks

As an Analyst you will have the following key tasks:

• Contribute to multiple Transaction Advisory projects (Financial Due Diligence) across Switzerland and Europe.
• Apply advanced financial analysis skills to evaluate commercial aspects key transaction drivers and valuation considerations.
• Provide expert support to team members sharing knowledge and experience as needed.
• Benefit from a range of structured and informal training programs and workshops.
• Actively support the growth and development of Forvis Mazars by engaging in internal networking initiatives and participating in external marketing events.

Your Profile

• You have 1 to 3 years of experience in Transaction Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) across a variety of sectors at a Big 4 audit firm or a competing firm and ideally completed an internship in audit (Big 4 or competing firm).
• You are a graduate with a bachelor or master degree focusing on finance/accounting from a leading University or equivalent.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in both German and English. Additional language (French) is an asset.
