What you will do
- Act as the trusted finance partner to Axpos COO and management team incl. Technology People & Culture Procurement Compliance and Strategic Projects
- Take responsibility for controlling processes: planning forecasting and monthly performance reporting
- Operate & develop analytical controlling tools incl. variance analyses and insights that drive decisions
- Design and optimize the financial framework cost allocation models and service charging schemes
- Build and automate dashboards/reports in Excel/SAP/BI; raise data quality and speed
- Support business cases and investment steering for IT programs and platforms; prepare materials for the COO leadership team and interact with Clevel stakeholders
What you bring & who you are
- University degree in Finance Business Administration Controlling or similar
- 5 years experience in Controlling; ideally with IT Controlling exposure in a complex organization
- Strong IT basis: understanding of modern finance tools advanced Excel solid SAP (CO/FI preferred) and handson BI skills (e.g. Power BI)
- Confident communicator in English (must); German is a plus
- Ideally you are comfortable engaging senior/Clevel stakeholders you are proactive analytical curious and able to simplify complexity into actionable insights
