Job Description
- Design and develop optimised supply chain network capacities based on business requirements and customer needs.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of current supplier logistics operations transportation warehouse and inventory practices.
- Utilise advanced modeling techniques data and software to simulate supply chain scenarios and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement finance operations and sales to align network design with overall business strategy.
- Prepare and present business cases for decisions of network design changes including sustainability cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment.
- Support & collaborate with knowledge to continuously upgrade based on the latest supply chain trends technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management Industrial Engineering Operations Research or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain network design logistics or operations management.
- Proficiency in supply chain modeling software (e.g. Supply Chain Guru AnyLogic etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Working practices in data management & structuring using advanced Excel SQL Tableau etc.
- Knowledge of regulatory and industry-specific supply chain and logistics requirements.
