As a Senior Product Designer you will be responsible for designing new user experiences and creating design assets wireframes high-fidelity mockups interactive prototypes and agentic automation for our web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for delivering all aspects of amazing product design working with product managers engineers account managers and others to deliver world-class products for our customers and partners.

What youll do and how youll have an impact

Own the overall user experience and information architecture for our leading marketplace platform
Work with cross-functional product teams to ensure proper implementation of the product vision focusing always on simplicity and ease of use
Develop maintain and enforce the implementation of scalable and flexible design frameworks and guidelines to support clean consistent simple user interface
Gain a deep understanding of our users by gathering user feedback and evaluating usage and user analytics to identify new and existing opportunities for improvement.

What were looking for

5 years as an user experience designer creating excellent interfaces that delight the customer
Experience designing for enterprise software SaaS/cloud applications and platforms used by small medium and large organizations
Ability to think in terms of end-to-end UI design and global patterns
Apply strategic thinking and business goals to designs focusing on user feedback and understanding the relation of visual design to the interaction
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work closely and effectively with Product Management and Engineering teammates
A leader a strong desire and ability to collaborate with cross-functional colleagues and work on broader product strategy
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction Cognitive Science Design or a related field
Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate design exploration generate user-centric concepts and validate design decisions enabling faster iteration cycles and more data-driven product outcomes
Knowledge of and experience coding in HTML CSS and JavaScript a plus
An online portfolio of completed design projects.
