LOCATION: Apply Digital is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America preferably working in hours that align to ET (Eastern Timezone) or PT (Pacific Timezone).
Candidates located in Santiago Chile are able to work out of our Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees. Candidates located outside of Santiago Chile will be fully remote employees.
THE ROLE:
Are you a designer whose passion lies in not just creating beautiful work but in shaping it with a strategic vision Do you thrive on seeing that vision translate into measurable results and inspiring others to do their best work Were looking for a Senior Marketing Designer based in Latin America who is ready to make their mark and drive creative excellence on a global stage. Youll join our cross-functional team of creative and strategic minds reporting to the Marketing Design Lead in North America. This is your chance to take true ownership of key projects mentor talented designers and ensure every creative output pushes our brand forward with a perfect blend of world-class design and business-focused goals.
What youll do:
- You will take ownership and drive the conceptualization and design of high-impact marketing projects from initial strategy to final execution hand-off and documentation.
- Youll work closely with a cross-disciplinary team of Strategists Motion Designers Copywriters and Software Engineers to develop creative concepts and translate strategic ideas into focused compelling designs with clear narratives.
- Your canvas is broad: youll be the creative force behind everything from thoughtful data visualizations and in-depth reports to compelling pitch decks high-performance ABM ads and a wide range of event collateral.
- You will be a key driver in enhancing the Apply Digital website experience and will be responsible for contributing to and maintaining our comprehensive atomic design system.
- Youll be a prominent voice in our design team and apply ambitious thinking to all tasks identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement providing crucial feedback and helping to elevate our teams overall level of polish especially when the Design Lead is unavailable.

- A Champion for Inclusive Design: You have a passion for inclusive design and a strong understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines ensuring our work is usable and welcoming to everyone.
- A Vision for Motion: You understand the power of movement in digital storytelling. While youll be collaborating with a dedicated motion team you bring a strong vision for animation and can produce micro-animations and motion graphics into your work when needed.
- An Ambitious Future Leader: You have a clear ambition to grow into a design leadership role and are passionate about honing the strategic skills and business acumen to get there.
Requirements:
- You are a Figma expert. You live and breathe the tool youre always on top of new features and you love sharing your findings with the team.
- You have advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite Google Slides Midjourney and other creative/generative/AI tools to support your design work.
- Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio that showcases an impeccable eye for detail understanding of hierarchy typography UI design and layout techniques.
- You are well-versed in designing for both print and digital outputs.
- You are fluent in English and communicate clearly and efficientlyboth verbally and in writing.
- You believe that a well-named layer file is a sign of a well-adjusted designer (and you wouldnt dream of leaving a Frame 1023 behind)!
