We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy development and lifecycle management of our Home Security Solution. As part of our product team you will own the end-to-end delivery of innovative and scalable home security products and services integrating hardware connectivity mobile apps and smart home platforms. This role will be critical in expanding our smart home portfolio and delivering secure seamless experiences to customers.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Strategic definition planning and management of Sunrise Home Security Solutions in alignment with overall company goals and roadmap
  • Internal external SPOC role leading cross-functional teams (engineering UX marketing customer support operations) to deliver new features and relevant solutions
  • Manage third-party hardware and software vendors and ensure compliance with data privacy security and regulatory requirements
  • Product Life Cycle Management including accountability and responsibility to oversee commercial and technical performance and improvements
  • Define pricing strategies business models and service plans
  • Delivering continuous best product experience KPIs and customer NPS
  • Conduct market analysis customer research and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and emerging technologies in the smart home and security sector

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 47 years of product management experience preferably in telecom smart home or IoT
  • Strong understanding of connected devices mobile applications and cloud platforms.
  • Proven ability to define product requirements and lead cross-functional teams
  • Technical acumen in smart home technologies networking and security protocols
  • Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle tools (e.g. Jira Confluence)
