Job Description

Job title: Software Component Manager

Location: Zurich Switzerland

Work model: 3 days/week onsite

Desired experience and skills:

7 yrs experience in software development with at least 4 years in a leadership or component ownership role.
Strong understanding of software architecture system integration and development methodologies (Agile Scrum etc.).
Experience with version control systems CI/CD pipelines and quality assurance tools.
Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.

Impact:

Accelerate onboarding: SWCM with SaaS- implementation experience to drive the assessments so that we can focus on ARB (Architectural Review Board) and data clean-up pre migration

Mandatory skills :

SWCM experience
SERA / MERs / OCRA / ROCC know-how
