Within this plan we are seeking aLeadership & Management Product Team Lead. In this newly created role you willlead a small high-performing teamwithin the L&D CoE focused on designing implementing and managing global training initiatives that enhance the development of our leaders and managers. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our leadership development strategy and offerings while also coaching and guiding your team to deliver impactful results
How youll make an impact
Lead coach and develop a team of L&D professionals to deliver high-quality learning solutions
Develop and manage global learning and development initiatives tailored to leadership and management development
Design a comprehensive L&D offering for Line Managers Mid Managers High Potentials and Senior Managers aligned with core leadership competencies
Create and enhance leadership programs for High Potentials in collaboration with external vendors
Leverage digital learning platforms to deliver consistent engaging and scalable experiences for leaders and managers.
Partner with the Talent Management CoE to identify and implement effective development assessments.
Collaborate with internal facilitator pools to ensure high-quality delivery of learning activities.
Build and maintain relationships with external vendors to expand and enrich our learning portfolio
Your background
Minimum of 10-15 years of HR experience in Learning and Development Organizational Development or Leadership Development
Proven experience in designing learning and development program
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Project management and team leading skills
Proficiency in Excel Word PowerPoint and learning and development technology
Fluent in English
