About the role

MS Reinsurance is looking for a Learning & Development Partner to help drive global learning initiatives that support the growth and retention of diverse this role youll work closely with HR and business leaders to create impactful learning experiences that promote continuous development.

Youll be responsible for identifying needs designing and partially delivering programs and evaluating their impactcovering areas like technical skills leadership onboarding and behavioural development. Youll also support broader HR initiatives around Diversity & Inclusion and well-being.

Your responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Talent on the execution of a new L&D strategy
• Incorporate diverse learning methodologies to create dynamic engaging and interactive educational experiences across the organization.
• Design and roll out comprehensive learning programs.
• Organize and facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Assist managers in identifying suitable career paths and learning opportunities for their teams.
• Partner with external learning vendors for collaborative training initiatives.
• Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Derive key insights and recommendations from learning interventions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Evaluate the development needs of individuals and the organization as a whole.
• Foster a workplace culture that emphasizes ongoing learning and professional development

Your profile

• Bachelors degree in HR Organizational Development Psychology Business or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• 710 years of progressive L&D experience in an international environment.
• Strong track record in designing implementing and delivering impactful learning programs.
• Confident in influencing stakeholders and aligning learning strategies with business goals.
• Skilled in employee development instructional design and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using people metrics.
• Self-starter with project management experience and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Comfortable leading both in-person and virtual training sessions.
