Key Responsibilities
This is how youll bring the purpose of your role to life.
As Workplace Sales Specialist you combine your deep knowledge of Telstras solutions and products with business insight to deliver the following responsibilities:
Make a strong contribution to sales and revenue growth through developing and maintaining a strong qualified pipeline of incremental opportunities in relation to Microsoft calling solutions including developing customer proposals and responding to RFPs.
Leverage expertise in technology solutions and sales to manage sales opportunities from identification and qualification to closing.
Use your strong technical knowledge of Microsoft licensing and solutions with Telstras UC offerings to identify and build qualified pipeline.
Contribute to the development of proposals relating to the value proposition for customer offers while maintaining the protection of Telstras commercial interests and ensuring business plans continue to meet company goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to participate in solution requirements and assist in new customer solution development and management.
Draw on knowledge gained via industry trends and competitive marketplace analysis to provide input into customer deals and support in the development of business strategies for revenue generation.
Engage with stakeholders to participate in or support solution requirements and assist in new solution introduction development and management.
Provide guidance on the effective use of technology and solutions in order to achieve business outcomes in alignment with customer requirements. Including but not limited to recommendations on Adaptive Collaboration features benefits and Telstra s Microsoft capabilities for professional services delivery.
About you
To be successful in the role youll bring skills and experience in:
Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
1 years of experience in technology sales preferably with Microsoft products.
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) certified
Experience with Microsoft CSP Sales and MCI Programs
Technologies & Platforms
Strong understanding of cloud computing Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 Microsoft Teams calling
Systems & Tools
Salesforce CRM
Microsoft Partner Center
Methodologies &Frameworks
Business case development and ROI modeling
Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
Experience aligning with Microsofts solution sales methodologies and MCI sales plays is a plus
