Roles & Responsiblities:
You will be responsible forimplementing and maintaining EHS management systems in line with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
You will be responsible for conducting safety audits risk assessments and inspections to identify hazards and drive corrective actions.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local state and national EHS regulations including Factories Act PCB norms and ISO standards.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering EHS training programs for employees and contractors to build a strong safety culture.
You will be responsible for leading and supporting incident/accident investigations conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
You will be responsible for coordinating with regulatory bodies auditors and consultants for statutory approvals inspections and certifications.
You will be responsible for monitoring analyzing and reporting EHS KPIs including accidents near misses waste management and energy efficiency.
You will be responsible for supporting implementation of ISO 14001 ISO 45001 or equivalent EHS certifications.
You will be responsible for driving sustainability initiatives such as energy conservation water management waste reduction and emissions control.
You will be responsible for promoting a Safety-First culture across all levels of the organization
