The Information Systems & Technology (IST) Business Solutions and Planning team delivers strategic high-quality business solutions to support the work of Parliament. We ensure business applications are designed maintained and optimised to meet the needs of Members of Parliament their staff and partnering agencies.
Our team works closely with the Office of the Clerk vendors and internal IST teams to ensure that systems are fit for purpose delivering productivity gains and supporting a modern digital Parliament. We champion collaboration problem-solving and customer-focused service across all projects.
M te tnga About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis for complex parliamentary this role you will work closely with stakeholders vendors and internal IST teams to ensure technical solutions are designed implemented and optimised to deliver value.
You will manage requirements support user acceptance testing track issues and risks and provide change management support for project deliverables. Youll ensure solutions are technically sound align with business needs and enhance organisational productivity.
This role also includes mentoring junior analysts and contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes and systems across Parliament.

This is a full-time fixed term role till November 2026. The starting salary range for this position is $114126 $126005 per annum with flexibility to go higher for candidates with exceptional skills experience and proven impact.
