We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative professional to join our design and production team. This role requires strong technical expertise in Adobe Creative Suite excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will support both print and digital projects ensuring production accuracy brand consistency and timely delivery. Experience in building assets for social ads is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Create production files based on job specifications.
- Collect production-ready files and prepare them for upload to FTP sites.
- Render digital assets and apply established packaging and product style guides.
- Maintain proper file naming conventions and organizational protocols.
- Design and prepare presentation marketing and sales materials.
- Provide image retouching clipping paths and additional image manipulation as needed.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Develop layouts displays and mock-ups for review and production.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office and Teams.
- Print production experience preferred.
- Strong written verbal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs.
- High attention to detail with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Takes ownership of assigned tasks and follows through in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with product knowledge and brand identification is a plus.
- MacOS experience preferred.
- Experience with Project Management software a plus.
- Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) software a plus.
- Experience in building/creating assets for social ads is an advantage.
- Amenable to work on 4:00 AM 1:00 PM Monday to Friday
