Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst / Product Owner (BA/PO) to join our team. This role bridges business needs with technical delivery ensuring that requirements are well understood translated into actionable user stories and effectively prioritized. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of business processes requirements analysis and agile methodologies with proven experience in Scrum projects and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements workflows and end-to-end processes.
- Translate requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support the agile development process.
- Manage and refine product backlogs in line with business priorities.
- Provide pre-sales support and contribute proactively to solution discussions.
- Ensure process adherence and support risk management in project delivery.
- Prepare clear documentation and present requirements with strong storytelling skills.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst Product Owner or hybrid BA/PO role in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong expertise in business processes and requirements analysis with the ability to translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Product Owner with a solid understanding of backlog management prioritization and sprint planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in documentation requirement elicitation and requirement management ensuring clarity and alignment across all parties.
- Strong analytical thinking and complex problem-solving capabilities to address business and technical challenges.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Kanban LeSS or SAFe with flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs.
- Familiarity with digital product engineering and user experience principles in a business analysis context.
- Ability to deliver clear presentations and compelling storytelling to support client discussions and internal decision-making.
- Proactive detail-oriented and capable of managing risk effort estimation and process adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
