Motodynamics Group is seeking a Marketing Supervisor to lead the marketing initiatives for NIO in Greece Cyprus and Bulgaria. This role will be instrumental in the successful launch of the NIO brand across the region helping to establish its presence and drive growth. The successful candidate will oversee the planning execution and performance monitoring of all marketing activities ensuring strong brand awareness and measurable business results.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and guide Marketing activities overseeing the planning coordination and execution of all marketing initiatives ensuring alignment with the brands objectives and quality standards. Provide guidance and support to any internal or external contributors involved in campaigns
- Participate in the development and implementation of the Marketing strategy by collaborating with senior leadership to define marketing goals target audiences messaging and positioning. Translate strategic plans into actionable campaigns that drive engagement leads and brand recognition
- Monitor KPIs (e.g. leads test drives conversion rates) to evaluate the success of campaigns and initiatives. Identify trends areas of improvement and opportunities to optimize performance and maximize ROI
- Analyze performance data and prepare monthly campaign reports by collecting marketing metrics providing actionable insights and ensuring reports are clear accurate and shared with relevant stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact between the NIO team and external partners managing communications with partners agencies and vendors to ensure smooth collaboration timely delivery and alignment with campaign goals
- Collaborate with the agency on the production of marketing materials (such as banners videos email templates) and manage day-to-day communication coordinating creative work providing feedback approving deliverables and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
- Track market trends and monitor competitor activities to stay updated on industry developments consumer behavior and competitor marketing initiatives using insights to inform campaign planning positioning and messaging strategies
- Support Below the Line marketing activities (events placements) by assisting in planning coordination and execution ensuring these initiatives enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Contribute to the organization and execution of experiential events (such as test drives pop-up stores) helping plan and manage logistics coordinate teams and ensure events deliver a positive brand experience
- Work closely with Sales and After Sales departments to identify needs collaborate with commercial teams to understand customer and market requirements translate insights into marketing initiatives and support sales-driven campaigns
Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing preferably with a focus on 360 marketing campaigns covering both Above the Line (ATL) Below the Line (BTL) and PR
- Proven ability to organize supervise and guide team members or external collaborators in executing marketing initiatives
- Strong experience in planning executing and monitoring marketing campaigns including performance analysis and reporting
- Solid understanding of digital and offline marketing channels content creation and experiential marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders external partners and agencies
- Ability to analyze KPIs interpret data and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign performance
- Experience in event management and experiential marketing including test drives pop-up stores and PR activities
