ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Head of Product Marketing to turn deep market insight into repeatable go-to-market execution. Youll define our ICPs and buyer journeys craft the HarborLab narrative and competitive posture and equip GTM with the playbooks and assets that raise win rates and shorten cycles. Youll orchestrate tiered launches across segments and regions recommend packaging and pricing and build the feedback loops that inform both roadmap and positioning.

Success looks like clear segment focus consistent message-market fit and enablement that sellers actually use - measured by adoption faster deals and sustained expansion across EMEA region and beyond.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Market & Positioning

  • Define ICPs buyer journeys pains/gains and competitive posture by segment/region.
  • Maintain the Harbor Lab narrative and value propositions across all surfaces.

Sales Enablement & Playbooks

  • Build battlecards narrative decks one-pagers; localize where needed.
  • Create a toolkit our Sales team can use to promote HarborLab advantages.

Launch & GTM Orchestration

  • Align company wide on features coming up outlining benefits each one provides.
  • Feed learnings back into roadmap and GTM for continuous improvement.

Insights & Prioritisation

  • Drive win/loss churn and CS feedback loops into positioning and roadmap.
  • Form and define commercial perspectives into what is worth focusing on in the future.



Requirements

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Commercially minded operator who has built PMM in global B2B SaaS (narrative GTM structure scale).
  • 710 years in Product Marketing (or adjacent GTM strategy/ops) with 3 years owning segment playbooks and launches.
  • Evidence of moving the numbers: win rate ramp time cycle length attach/adoption or new-market entries.
  • Strong collaborator and facilitator; excellent writing/storytelling; comfortable with data (SQL/BI a plus) and financial framing (ROI/TCO).

Bonus points if you have:

  • Maritime/logistics/fintech background; pricing & packaging experiments
  • Building product marketing from scratch
  • Experience localizing across EMEA/APAC
