About the role

The Sales and Marketing Lead for Osteoporosis is responsible for developing and implementing commercial and marketing strategies that deliver value to patients healthcare professionals and payers. Your role includes leading the local strategy. Your mission is to create lasting impact: forging partnerships aligning local initiatives with European goals and always keeping patients at the heart of every decision. Through your leadership you join together expertise creativity and commitment transforming challenges into opportunities and driving meaningful progress for those affected by osteoporosis.

Who you will work with:

Externally you reach out to form strong partnerships with healthcare networks hospitals national organizations and dedicated professionals working together to deliver meaningful solutions and fresh insights that make a real difference for patients. Internally you collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams to craft and execute integrated plans that elevate osteoporosis care across the country.

What will you do:

  • Develop and implement annual Patient Value Plan (PVP) for osteoporosis.
  • Align local strategies with European/global priorities.
  • Lead omni-channel stakeholder engagement strategy.
  • Organize and manage sales & marketing team.
  • Set and monitor KPIs for commercial activities.
  • Execute launch plans for new osteoporosis products.
  • Collaborate with physicians patient groups payers and stakeholders.
  • Co-create solutions addressing ecosystem needs.
  • Participate in European communities and project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance policies/regulations.
  • Work with safety teams on patient support programs and market research.

InterestedFor this position youll need the followingeducation experienceandskills:

  • Advanced degree in health sciences pharmacy medicine or economics; postgraduate or medical qualifications are highly desirable.
  • 710 years of demonstrable experience in commercial or marketing positions within the healthcare sector.
  • Successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the osteoporosis ecosystem and its value drivers.
  • Proven track record in product launches and strategic market development.
  • Strategic thinking and robust business acumen
  • Strong in leadership and team development abilities
  • Superior communication and influencing skills
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluency in Greek and English
