Location: Based within the Anglian Water regioncovering the Norwich area. Please note your placements may vary across the region and departments so flexibility is essential.

Anglian Water abstracts treats and produces over1.2 billion litres of world-class drinking waterevery day serving millions of customers across the East of England. This essential service is delivered by ourWater Production team which plays a crucial role in ensuring clean sustainable water reaches our communities. As aWater Treatment Operations Manager youll be at the heart of this mission helping to manage and optimise the performance of our water treatment assets and teams. Youll play a key role in:
Supporting the delivery of operational plans across your area.
Collaborating with teams and partners to improve performance and customer service.
Helping manage operational incidents while ensuring health safety and environmental standards are upheld.
Analysing data to improve asset performance reduce risks and support decision-making.
Contributing to the planning and delivery of capital projects within Water Production.
Coaching and supporting team members to grow and succeed in a fast-paced operational environment.
