About the role
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular Full-time Coordinator - Business Support (Facilities Planning & Projects)to join our dynamic Enterprise Facilities team.
The Enterprise Facilities team leads strategic and capital planning aligning real estate with business goals and overseeing facilities for efficiency compliance and risk management.
In this role your primary responsibility is to act as a resource to the Enterprise facilities team. You will support the effective management of projects initiatives and departmental functions. Key responsibilities include coordinating business planning development administration and designated project activities. The role also involves assisting with communications reporting and maintaining plans and procedures; developing and tracking workplans; preparing briefing materials and reports; monitoring and reporting on KPIs; supporting project activities; and coordinating departmental meetings events and initiatives.
