UX DesignerWhat does a successful UX Designer do at Fiserv
Youll work closely with product managers engineers and stakeholders to turn complex workflows into elegant easy-to-use designs across our customer portals merchant onboarding and payment flows. Hands-on experienced UX Designer whos passionate about designing seamless experiences that solve real user problems.
Work Type: Fixed Term Employment(12 Months)
Job Location: Melbourne/Brisbane
What You Will Do:
- Lead end-to-end UX design process from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
- Translate complex business requirements into thoughtful and scalable user journeys
- Conduct user research usability testing and interpret feedback to guide design decisions
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure design intent is carried through to build
- Own the design system and help build consistent UI patterns across web and mobile
- Create artefacts like user flows journey maps and interaction models to communicate ideas clearly
- Champion a design thinking approach and user-first mindset across the company
What You Will Need To Have:
- 5 years of UX/UI experience ideally in fintech SaaS or product-led businesses
- Strong portfolio showcasing user flows wireframes prototypes and final designs
- Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent) usability tools and modern design systems
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills able to confidently present ideas to cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design best practices
- Experience working in Agile teams and/or fintech environments
